Her academic journey began at the University of Alabama, where she earned a BA in English, followed by a master’s degree in social work from Troy University in Montgomery.

Brittany Gray is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2011) and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2013) from Auburn University. She received her Supervision Credential LPC-S in 2022 and is credentialed as a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor.
Brittany has worked with clients in every phase of life, ranging from Play Therapy with small children to Geriatric Counseling with elderly clients. Brittany has had the opportunity to work with Families, groups, couples, and individuals. She specializes in individuals coping with phase of life challenges, Couples Therapy, and complex traumas. She advocates for her clients to achieve well-being through healthy boundaries, assertive communication, and mindfulness.
Brittany’s clinical orientation is Person-Centered, as she believes rapport and trust are foundational in the clinical relationship. She is certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy).
In addition to counseling, Brittany's passions include yoga, spending time with her family, and traveling.

Reneé N. Smith is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a graduate of Alabama A&M University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Auburn University in Montgomery.
Reneè's theoretical orientations include Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is trained in Progressive Counting (PC) by The Trauma Institute and the Child Trauma Institute. She intends to become certified in Progressive Counting once fully licensed.
Renee is under the supervision of Choya Wise with Aspire Counseling.

Adrienne McCollum-Smith is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor (LICSW-S) at Inspire Counseling, LLC. She founded the practice in September 2018 and has continued to grow her clientele and maintain it at full capacity. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work from The University of Alabama (2012; 2013).
Adrienne is a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and a Level-One Sand Tray therapist. She works with high-achieving women who struggle with personal growth due to unresolved trauma from the past. Often, her clients initially present with signs and symptoms of depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and/or relationship issues.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, live entertainment, rolling with THE TIDE ;-), and creating memories with her loved ones. She is a married mother of two boys and a Jack Russell Terrier.
